Amoksiklav 2x 457mg/5ml Oral Suspension – 70ml is a combination of amoxicillin, a penicillin antibiotic with broad spectrum of bactericidal activity, and clavulanic acid, an irreversible lactamase inhibitor which produces stable non-active complexes with enzymes and protects amoxicillin from degradation. It is indicated for the treatment of mixed infections due to gram-positive and gram-negative micro-organisms and anaerobes; chronic sinusitis and otitis, peritonsillar abscess etc.
 
Ingredient
Each 5ml of oral suspension (1 dropper) contains 400mg of Amoxicillin in the form of trihydrate and 57mg of clavulanic acid in the form of potassium salt. It also contains the following inactive ingredients: Sodium citrate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Saccharin Sodium and Mannitol.
 
Direction for Use
Shake bottle to loosen powder, add 59ml of water (or to mark) in two portions and shake well each time. Adminster as prescribed by your doctor.
 
Caution
Store the powder below 25C protected from humidity. Keep away from the reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose. This product should not be used in patients with cholestatic jaundice or hepatic dysfunction.
