Canesten Combi Pessary & Cream is an antifungal used to treat infections with fungi and yeasts. It is applied to the outside of the vagina (vulva and labia) to help provide immediate relief from the external symptoms of fungal infection, such as itching, inflammation and soreness.
Ingredient
It contains Clotrimazole 500mg as active ingredient. It also contains lactose monohydrate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Lactic Acid, maize starch, povidone, calcium lactate pentahydrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and hypromellose.
Direction for Use
This product is appropriate for female adult between 16 – 60 years of age: Wash your hands before and after use. Insert the pessary into the vagina at night using the applicator provided and apply the cream thinly 2 or 3 times daily to the affected area outside of the vagina (vulva and labia).
Caution
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, see your doctor. Do not use if you are pregnant, trying for a baby or breast feeding. You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use. Not recommended for under 16 and over 60 years except on doctor’s prescription.
