Move Free Night Plus Melatonin – 80 Tablets is a 2 in 1 formula which combines glucosamine and chondroitin plus melatonin to nourish, comfort joints and helps you fall asleep fast. GLUCOSAMINE is key for the formation of cartilage, an essential support for joint mobility and flexibility. CHONDROITIN is a building block of cartilage that supports joint strength by helping to resist compression in the joint. MELATONIN is a hormone that signals the body to prepare for sleep. Ingredient
Each serving size of two tablets contains Glucosamine Hydrochloride 1500mg, Chondroitin Sulfate 200mg and Melatonin 6mg. Other ingredients include cellulose, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose, titatium dioxide, magnesium slicate, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, Red 40 Lake, Blue 2 lake), croscarmellosesodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose. It also contains shellfish (Shrimp, Crab, Lobster and Crayfish)
 
Direction for Use
Adults (18 years and older) take 2 tablets before bedtime, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women, individuals with autoimmune conditions, depressive disorders, endocrine disorders, serious illness, or other drug use.
