NOW Omega-3 is naturally derived from salmon dish oils, mackerals, anchovies and sardines. It is known for a fact that Omega-3 fatty acids intake usually decreases the chance of having heart related illnesses. This idea was supported by the FDA and concluded that even though there are some research conducted that substantiate the conclusion, the confirmation is not yet definite.
