Direction for Use
Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and above. You can drink Complan either hot or cold, whichever you prefer, and because its already nutritionally balanced you only need to add water. However, add milk if you prefer a richer creamier taste. Each serving provides around 250 Calories. ( Equivalent to a light meal; 2 servings are equivalent to a main meal). Each serving requires a total of 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk, either hot or cold. Pour some of the water or milk into a large cup or mug and add 1 sachet of Complan. Mix into a smooth cream and with a whisk or fork.
 
Caution
Infants below 12 months should only be given Complan under medical supervision. Diabetics should consult their dietitian or doctor before including Complan as part of their diet. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place and ensure you use within two months of opening. It is important to maintain an adequate fluid intake when taking complan.
