Ingredient
Each capsules contains Vitamin A (Palmitate) 5000USP units, Vitamin D (Calciferol) 400USP units, Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate USP) 2mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavine USP) 2mg, Folic Acid 0.8mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride USP) 2.5mg, Vitamin B12 (cobalmin conc. NF) 2mcg, Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate USP) 60mg, Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide USP) 20mg, Calcium panthọthenate USP 10mg. Other mineral ingredients include Cacium (from calciumcarbonate) 200mg, Iron (ferrous sulphate) 15mg, Manganese (manganese sulphate) 4mg, Zinc (from sulphate) 15mg, Flourine (from sodium flouride) 2mg. Contents are within the safe levels for pregnancy.
 
Direction for Use
Take one capsule per day with meal. Swallow with glass of water.
