Seven Seas Fresh Pure Cod Liver Oil – 125ml is an important source of omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA as well as Vitamin A, D and E. It helps to build resistance to coughs and other infections. It also helps in the functioning og the eye and also essential remedy for the relief of symptoms of arthritis. The omega-3 is also essential for the proper functioning of the heart.
 
Ingredient
Each 10ml contains Vitamin A 7000IU, Vitamin D 800IU, Vitamin E 1IU, Omega 3 1.8g of which 0.83g is EPA and 0.74g is DHA.
 
Direction for Use
Adults and children over 1 year should take 10ml (2 teaspons) daily, Children between 7 and 12 months should take 5ml (teaspoon) daily while infants between 0 to 6 months should take 2.5ml (half of a teaspoon) daily. This product can be taken on its own or it can be mixed with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice.
 
Caution
Do not exceed recommended stated dose. Use within 3 months of opening and ensure you store in dry cool place below 25C away from the reach of children.
