Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil High Strength contains Fish Oil concentrate (35%), Cod Liver Oil (18%), Fish Oil (17%), Capsule Shell (modified maize starch, glycerol, Gelling Agent), Vitamin E, and Vitamin D. Each capsules had 262mg of Fish Oil Concentrate, 134mg of Cod Liver Oil, 200mg of Blend providing Omega-3 nutrients of which EPA and DHA is 155mg; Vitamin D is 5µg, vitamin E 10mg.
Direction for Use
Adults and children over 12 years should take One capsule a day with a cold drink.
