Timolol Eye Drops 0.5% is indicated for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma, aphakic glaucoma, some patients with secondary glaucoma, and other patients with elevated intra-ocular pressure who are at sufficient risk to require lowering of their ocular pressure. Timolol Eye Drops 0.5% may be used alone or in combination with other glaucoma medications.

Adults and children over 12 years: recommended therapy is one drop of Timolol 0.5% Eye Drops in the affected eye(s) twice a day. Elderly: Dosage need not be modified for the elderly as there has been wide experience with the use of Timolol Eye Drops 0.5% in elderly patients.
