Direction for Use
Chew two tablets daily. These chewable tablets are not designed to be swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Per 2 tablets: Calcium 800mg, Magnesium 300mg, Zinc 10mg, Copper 1mg, Manganese 0.5mg, Selenium 50µg, Vitamin D (as D3 220IU) 5µg, Boron 0.6mg
