Panfor SR-1000 – 100 Tablets is an antihyperglycermic agent which improves glucose tolerance in type 2 diabetes mellitus, lowering both basal and postprandial plasma glucose. It decrease hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity
 
Ingredient
Each uncoated sustained release tablet contains Metformin Hydrochloride BP 1000mg.
 
Direction for Use
The dosage of Panfor SR is individualized and strictly on the prescription of a doctor. It should be started at a low dose, with gradual escalation both to reduce gastrointestinal side effects and to permit identification of the minimum dose required for adequate glycemic control of the patient.
 
Caution
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose of 2000mg. Consult your doctor before taking Panfor SR if you have high blood pressure and if you are pregnant or lactating. Keep away from the reach of children in a dry cool place.
