Ingredient
Each capsule contains cod liver oil 400mg, Gelatin, Glycerol, Vitamin A 800mcg, Vitamin D3 5mcg, Vitamin E (as di alpha tocopherol), DHA 26mg and EPA 26mg.
 
Direction for Use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule a day with food and sufficient water or drink.
