Each tablet contains Vitamin A 750 mcg; Vitamin D (200 IU) 5 mcg; Vitamin E 20 mg; Vitamin C 60 mg; Vitamin B1 12 mg, Vitamin B2 5 mg; Niacin 20 mg; Vitamin B6 9 mg; Folic acid 500 mcg; Vitamin B12 9 mcg; Biotin 0.05 mg; Pantothenic acid 10 mg; Iron 6 mg; Magnesium 50 mg; Zinc 15 mg; Iodine 150 mcg; Manganese 3 mg; Copper 1 mg; Chromium 50 mcg; Selenium 150 mcg; Arginine 20 mg; Methionine 20 mg; Betacarotene (as natural mixed carotenoids) 2 mg; P.A.B.A. 20 mg; Siberian Ginseng 20 mg; Co-enzyme Q10 2 mg; L-Carnitine 30mg and Bioflavonoids 10 mg. 
Direction for Use
Take 1 tablet per day with or immediately after your main meal with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Please take on a full stomach. Wellman can be continued for as long as required.
