Ingredient
Each tablet provides 29 bioactive nutrients including iron, vitamin B6, B12, and ribiflavin (Vitamin B2) which contribute to nromal red blood cell formation and energy release. Selenium and Zinc which promote the normal functioning of the immune system. It also contains Siberian Ginseng, Amino Acids, Co-enzyme Q10 and L-Carnitine. The Tablets also contains Omega-3 from high purity fish oil, Omega-6 from balckcurrant seed oil and pumpkin seed oil and Omega-9 from Olive Oil.
Direction for Use
Take 1 tablet (Blue blister) per day, plus One capsule (red blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with meal. Not to be chewed. To be taken on full stomach.
