Directions for Use
Take two Wellwoman Inner Cleanse Tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Depending on the type, detoxification diets generally last from 3 to 28 days. During any form of detox program, the following basic steps are recommended: stop taking all alcohol, caffeine and tobacco. Avoid meals high in saturated fats, sugar and salt. Drink alot of water, usually between 6 to 8 glasses of daily. Excercise regularly, reduce stress, eat alot of fresh fruit and vegetables daily, with plenty of fibre.
