Zentel Albendazole 100mg Solution – 20ml is a benzimidazole carbamate with anthelmintic and anti-protozoal activity against intestinal and tissue parasites such as roundworm, pinworm, hookworm, tapeworm etc  in children. It is thought to kill these worms by causing them to starve. The eggs, larvae and adult worms are affected
Ingredient
Each tablet of Zentel contains 200mg of Albendazole.
Direction for Use
Zentel is suitable for anyone above the age of two and needs to be administered only two to three times annually. However, for more severe infection, Zentel needs to be taken once a day for three consecutive days.
The common dosage for adults and children older than 2 years, are two tablets. It is important to always take the full course of tablets, and not to immediately stop the medication when ones feel better. This way one can make sure that Zentel works. Sometimes a second dose or course of Zentel is necessary.
Take your dosage with food or on an empty stomach. It is important to take the tablets on an empty stomach. Although in some conditions and as particularly advised by your physician the tablets may need to be taken after food. 
Caution
ZENTEL should not be administered during pregnancy, or in women thought to be pregnant. ZENTEL is contraindicated in patients with a known history of hypersensitivity to the drug (albendazole or constituents).
