Lamidat Lamivudine 150mg – 60 Tablets is a nucleoside analogue used for treating HIV infection in combination with other medicines. It works by blocking the growth of HIV. Lamivudine is not a cure for HIV infection.

Direction for Use
Lamivudine should be used strictly according to your Doctor’s prescription. You should swallow the recommended dose with adequate amount of water. After being prescribed, do not stop taking lamivudine, even for a short period of time. If you do, the virus may grow resistant to the medicine and become harder to treat.
 
Caution
Do not use Lamivudine if you are allergic to any ingredient in lamivudine; you have an enlarged liver, abnormal liver function tests, or high levels of lactic acid in the blood (lactic acidosis); you are taking emtricitabine, zalcitabine, or another medicine containing lamivudine. Do not exceed recommended dose and do not skip or stop medication unless adviced by your doctor. Store in dry cool place away from the reach of children.
